Raspberry Ketones and a low calorie diet
Been talking these twice a day as bottle says, keeping to a low calorie diet and no alcohol, drinking 750 ml of water a day and 3 cups of green tea as well and in 6 days I have lost 3 kilos, = 6.6 lbs I did cheat on one day with fish and chips for lunch as well.
